Return Request Time: If you wish to make a return, please mail us within 5 days from the date of delivery. Any mail or complaint received after 5 days may not be accepted.

Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, kindly provide us un-boxing video showing the damage. The un-boxing video will ease our process of assessing the facts of product condition and decide necessary support.

Missing Products: If there is any product missing in your order, please share an un-boxing video. This should be inform to us within 5 days of the delivery. We will video and, if confirmed, issue a refund for the missing product(s).

Replacement and Refund of a Product : If you need the Replacement/Refund of a product, please note that the shipping charges for returning the product and for the replacement item will be your responsibility since we are wholesale website and not retail website. Please contact our customer support team for further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed for eligible returns based on the following criteria:

a. Damaged or Defective Products: Upon confirmation of the damage or defect through the provided video, we will proceed with the refund process.

b. Missing Items: If we are unable to provide the missing product(s) from your order, a refund will be issued for the respective product(s).

Original Condition and Packaging: To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned products must be in the original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. All original packaging, including accessories, tags, and labels, should be included.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, except in cases where the return is a result of our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product sent).

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and paid within 5 Working Days.
