Return Request Time: If you wish to make a return, please mail us within 5 days from the date of delivery. Any mail or complaint received after 5 days may not be accepted.
Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, kindly provide us un-boxing video showing the damage. The un-boxing video will ease our process of assessing the facts of product condition and decide necessary support.
Missing Products: If there is any product missing in your order, please share an un-boxing video. This should be inform to us within 5 days of the delivery. We will video and, if confirmed, issue a refund for the missing product(s).
Replacement and Refund of a Product : If you need the Replacement/Refund of a product, please note that the shipping charges for returning the product and for the replacement item will be your responsibility since we are wholesale website and not retail website. Please contact our customer support team for further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, except in cases where the return is a result of our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product sent).
